Job Summary
Leading member care in a remote capacity, the North Carolina Licensed PMHNP will deliver evidence-based treatment for Stimulant Use Disorder and Alcohol Use Disorder via telehealth, supported by a team of counselors and case managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth evaluations after members complete biopsychosocial intakes
- Monitor progress through monthly appointments and prescribe medications as needed
- Complete notes in the EHR and follow clinical protocols while collaborating with the care team
Required Qualifications
- Full-practice, licensed PMHNP with Medicaid enrollment preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in addiction treatment
- Experience prescribing Suboxone and an active DEA registration
- Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure, with costs covered
