North Carolina Licensed Pre-Licensing Trainer

Job Summary

To support seasonal hiring cycles, the contract Pre-Licensing Trainer for Life & Health Insurance will deliver instructor-led training sessions, manage learner progress in self-study coursework, and provide exam coaching, all in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead instructor-led sessions on Life & Health fundamentals, Medicare basics, and exam readiness
• Monitor and support agents in their self-paced pre-licensing coursework, ensuring accountability and progress
• Provide individualized learner support and maintain attendance and completion records for compliance

Required qualifications

• Experience in Life & Health insurance, Medicare sales, or pre-licensing instruction
• Familiarity with NCDOI licensing requirements
• Ability to teach complex regulatory content clearly
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience managing large learner groups in various training formats
