Job Summary

North Carolina Licensed Primary Care Physician, seeking a full-time physician to provide remote, video-based comprehensive clinical care, including preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients and refer them to specialists as needed
• Engage in population health initiatives and support patients post-discharge

Required Qualifications

• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• 3+ years of post-residency work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years in an in-person primary care setting
• Active NC state medical license; IMLC preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR and virtual visits
