Job Summary
To expand access to primary care, a full-time North Carolina Licensed Primary Care Physician will deliver remote, video-based clinical care including preventive services, sick visits, and chronic condition management while managing a dedicated panel of patients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting
- Manage a dedicated panel of patients and refer them to specialists or acute care services as needed
- Support population health initiatives and improve patient understanding of treatment plans post-discharge
Required qualifications
- Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- 3+ years of post-residency work experience with at least 2 years in an in-person primary care setting
- Experience with virtual visits and prior experience with EPIC EMR
- Active NC state medical license; IMLC preferred
- Willingness to commit to 40 hours per week, including Monday and Friday availability
