Job Summary

To support a growing virtual primary care team, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive, video-based care to an established patient panel, focusing on preventive care, chronic condition management, and patient relationships, working remotely on weekdays with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a virtual setting
  • Manage a dedicated panel of patients, providing ongoing primary care and referrals as needed
  • Engage in population health initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital re-admissions
Required qualifications
  • Board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine
  • 3+ years of post-residency work experience, with at least 2 years in an in-person primary care setting
  • Active NC or SC state medical license, IMLC preferred
  • Experience with virtual visits and EPIC EMR
  • Strong interest in managing chronic care conditions and developing patient relationships
