North Carolina Licensed Primary Care Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual primary care team, the full-time salaried North Carolina Licensed Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive video-based care, manage an established patient panel, and work three 12-hour shifts per week, including weekends, from a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote, virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician and refer to specialists when necessary
• Support population health initiatives and improve patient understanding of treatment plans post-discharge

Required qualifications

• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• A minimum of 3 years of post-residency work experience, including 2 years in an in-person primary care setting
• Active NC or SC state medical license; IMLC preferred
• Experience with virtual visits and prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Clean background and medical malpractice history
