Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Privacy Officer & Managing Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees legal services and advice related to the company's Privacy Program
• Develops and enforces privacy policies in compliance with legal regulations
• Advises senior management and the Board on privacy laws affecting business operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• JD from an accredited law school
• 10 years of professional legal experience
• 5 years of leadership experience
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or must obtain a license within 1 year of employment
• In lieu of a degree, 12+ years of experience in a related field
