Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Privacy Officer & Managing Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees legal services and compliance with privacy laws for the company and its subsidiaries
• Acts as the Privacy Officer, managing the development and enforcement of privacy policies and procedures
• Advises senior management on privacy laws and assists with business transactions and new product development

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• 10 years of professional legal experience
• 5 years of leadership experience
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina or must obtain license within 1 year of employment
• In lieu of a degree, 12+ years of experience in a related field
