Job Summary

Overseeing the Vendor Integration program for clients, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Program Manager will manage employer-specific integrations with third-party vendors, ensuring strategic planning, implementation oversight, and ongoing optimization in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employer-specific Vendor Integration offerings, including tracking all active and requested integrations
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners and external stakeholders to implement complex vendor integrations
• Establish performance metrics and goals for the Vendor Integration program, documenting and presenting results through reports and presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree
• Experience leading complex enterprise-level programs and projects
• Experience with program pricing and budget management
• Knowledge of vendor integration processes relevant to the organization
