Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITTI Care Project Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training on trauma-informed child care for diverse audiences
• Plan and coordinate virtual Communities of Practice and in-person engagement opportunities
• Provide coaching and practice support using established frameworks and guide project implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field required
• At least 5 years of experience coaching or providing reflective supervision in early care and education
• Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering coaching or IECMH consultation to teachers of children under age five
• General knowledge of research methods and social science research practices
• Preferred experience includes serving as a child care center director or early childhood mental health consultant
