Job Summary

To support the permitting operations, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Project Manager will manage multiple permitting projects, advise clients on approval processes, and collaborate with municipal officials to expedite project timelines while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets to streamline complex processes
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through intricate approval processes for efficient outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff to accelerate approval times

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting
• Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and municipal officials
• Technical proficiency in relevant software tools and adaptability in learning new systems
