Job Summary

Supporting a national portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Property Accountant will manage monthly reporting, assist with audit processes, and oversee the accuracy of property management accounting while coordinating the integration of new properties into the accounting workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Successfully complete monthly financial reporting and assist in audit processes
• Coordinate the integration of new properties into the accounting workflow
• Ensure accuracy and productivity in all property management accounting activities and meet all deadlines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA designation is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive property accounting experience in commercial real estate
• Proficiency with computer applications, including Excel, Word, and MRI
• Experience in third-party management
