Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Property Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans for assigned properties to maximize asset value and NOI
• Oversee contractors and maintenance personnel to ensure proper property management
• Build relationships to retain and expand business opportunities with clients

Required Qualifications

• College graduate preferred
• NC Real Estate License required within 90 days
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in retail
• In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
• Competency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
