Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time Advanced Practice Provider specializing in psychiatry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telepsychiatry evaluations and manage medication for adult patients
• Evaluate, stabilize, and treat patients with acute and chronic mental health and substance use disorders
• Provide teaching opportunities for APP students, residents, and/or APP fellows

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program with a current license to practice in North Carolina
• Master's degree or doctorate in nursing practice for nurse practitioners; certification as a psychiatric NP required
• Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants preferred for PAs
• At least 1 year of experience preferred
• Current prescriptive privileges, DEA license, and BLS certification required
