Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide remote outpatient psychiatric care for lower to moderate acuity populations, managing comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient psychiatric care, including 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups
- Exercise clinical autonomy in scheduling, session structure, and patient population management
- Collaborate with an integrated care model, utilizing in-house referrals and operational support
Required qualifications
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in North Carolina
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
- Experience in delivering outpatient psychiatric care and proficiency in electronic medical records
