Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care based on identified needs
• Manages clients in crisis using appropriate therapeutic skills and assessment techniques
• Collaborates with guardians and community agencies to ensure effective service delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program
• Full licensure in North Carolina required
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• CPI and CPR training required for psychotherapists in inpatient psychiatric settings
