Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physical Health Registered Nurse (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review requests for authorization of services and document decisions in the managed care information system
• Participate in staff meetings and complex case rounds, and perform discharge planning
• Complete Inter-rater Reliability training and follow all Utilization Management workflow processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Five years of clinical experience, with at least two years in acute care
• Experience in utilization management functions within a managed care setting
• Active and unrestricted RN License in North Carolina or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
