Job Summary

Leading the development and enhancement of the enterprise-wide Operational Resilience Program, the remote North Carolina Licensed Resilience Officer will ensure critical business services can withstand and recover from disruptions while providing expert guidance across business units.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of the Operational Resilience framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Facilitate impact tolerance setting and scenario testing for critical business services and processes
  • Deliver actionable resilience reporting and insights to senior leadership and regulatory stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in enterprise resilience, recovery, business continuity, or related fields, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in developing and managing operational resilience programs within large financial institutions
  • Familiarity with operational resilience regulatory standards and guidelines
  • Strong understanding of operational risk management and the banking industry
  • Proficiency in assessing risk and risk management practices
