Job Summary

To support the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the full-time salaried North Carolina Licensed Revenue Manager will oversee revenue cycle activities, including charge capture, coding, and reimbursement analysis, while working remotely Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage revenue cycle-related inquiries and monitor key performance indicators to enhance operational efficiency
  • Facilitate revenue cycle collaboration and strategic planning activities, coordinating training and communication among clinical staff and management
  • Develop and manage action plans for revenue enhancement and compliance projects, ensuring effective implementation of new services and workflows
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 6+ years of relevant healthcare experience, preferably in Charge Integrity/Revenue Management
  • Coding certification (e.g., CCS, CPC, RHIA, RHIT) or HFMA CHFP preferred
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in collaborating with hospital leadership
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Visio, and Outlook
