Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Clinical Nurse Home Health - Hospice Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides clinical nursing care utilizing the nursing process in a home health setting
• Coordinates patient care and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and implement care plans
• Participates in professional development and contributes to unit goals and performance improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
• One year of nursing experience caring for acute and chronically ill patients or an equivalent combination of education and experience
