North Carolina Licensed RN Case Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a North Carolina Licensed RN Case Manager with experience in Behavioral Health and Eating Disorders, the full-time remote position will manage clinical evaluations, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure compliance with care guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct clinical evaluations and reviews for assigned cases, ensuring medical necessity and compliance with policies
• Collaborate with internal and external staff to coordinate care and document clinical outcomes accurately
• Assess cases for secondary review by the Medical Director and coordinate peer-to-peer reviews as necessary

Required qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact multi-state licensure
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as an RN or 5 years as an LPN
• Experience working with eating disorders and behavioral health
• Ability to work with adolescent populations
• Strong understanding of medical policies, benefits, and care guidelines
