Job Summary

Supporting incoming calls from financial advisors, the part-time or full-time North Carolina Licensed Sales Associate will provide sales support for annuity and life solutions, enhancing advisor relationships and identifying sales opportunities in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer and document inbound calls, providing sales support and product information to financial advisors
  • Identify advisor needs, research, and resolve requests, collaborating with distribution business partners as needed
  • Continuously develop knowledge of annuity and life product lines, and identify sales opportunities on incoming calls
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, and 63 licenses, as well as a state Life Insurance license
  • Self-motivated with a competitive nature and a drive to reach goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Experience in building and maintaining business relationships with an aptitude for sales
