Job Summary
To enhance clinical and non-clinical staff training, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Senior Clinical Trainer will facilitate onboarding, conduct audits to assess training needs, and support system testing and process automation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate effective onboarding and ongoing training for clinical and non-clinical employees, including classroom training and performance monitoring
- Conduct monthly clinical quality audits to identify training needs and design learning solutions based on audit results and staff feedback
- Collaborate with business leaders to maintain training resources and assist staff with clinical decision-making and process guidelines
Required qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Valid North Carolina clinical license required
- Experience in operational, administrative, and clinical training preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare and non-patient facing business administration functions is a plus
