North Carolina Licensed Senior Credit Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Credit Officer - Agribusiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrites and evaluates complex business loan requests for agricultural production or small businesses
• Supports field lending associates by providing feedback on credit decisions and ensuring timely disposition of loan requests
• Maintains knowledge of banking credit policies and assists with special projects and escalated loan requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Business credit analysis, Lending, Underwriting, or SBA, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Understanding of current banking laws, regulations, and loan documentation
• Experience in Agribusiness credit analysis and agricultural lending
• Credit approval experience in the commercial/agricultural domain
