North Carolina Licensed Senior Data Steward

Job Summary

Acting on behalf of a Business Unit, the remote North Carolina Licensed Senior Data Steward will execute data requirements, ensuring data governance and management while identifying critical data, managing data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify critical data assets and maintain data lineage and metadata documentation
• Define data quality dimensions and manage resolution of data issues while facilitating governance processes
• Serve as the primary contact for data-related inquiries and represent the Business Unit in governance forums

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Data Management, Financial Analysis, Technology, or similar, or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Preferred area of study in Business or Technology
• Advanced knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Management principles
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
