Job Summary
Supporting Lenovo's Chief Technology Officer organization, the full-time salaried North Carolina Licensed Senior Legal Counsel will provide strategic legal advice on enterprise AI, technology innovation, and commercialization while collaborating with executives and teams across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice to global business teams on enterprise AI, technology innovation, and regulatory compliance
- Identify and manage legal issues arising during the development pipeline for CTOO teams
- Serve as a liaison to corporate legal functions, ensuring alignment with legal, compliance, and regional teams
Required Qualifications:
- JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic credentials
- 10+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience supporting technology or electronics businesses
- Business or technical background in product development, software, AI/ML, or data platforms preferred
- Knowledge of legal topics relevant to technology businesses, including IP, data privacy, and commercial contracts
- Experience advising senior executives on strategic technology initiatives and collaboration across teams
