Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Therapist, Outpatient.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to outpatient therapists
• Oversee hiring, performance appraisals, and ensure completion of clinical duties
• Conduct clinical team meetings and support crisis management for clients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field
• Valid driver's license
• Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• 1 year of clinical supervision experience
• 2 years of counseling/therapy experience with children and adults in a behavioral health capacity
