Job Summary

A company is looking for a Special Populations Manager, primarily remote and based in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care and consult on cases for special populations, including children and adults with complex needs
  • Consult with providers and assist in workforce development programs to enhance service delivery
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders regarding service effectiveness and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a Human Services field and five years of post-degree experience in Mental Health or Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, or a Doctoral degree with three years of experience
  • Experience working with systems such as DSS and DJJ
  • Preferred clinical license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMF, or LPA) and behavioral health certifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of assessment and treatment of intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
