Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist - Contract (remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide authorized Specialized Consultative Services in various settings
• Conduct assessments to develop individualized intervention plans
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting plans as necessary

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• No findings of abuse or neglect on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
• Not listed on any state or federal exclusion or sex offender registries
• Meets qualifications outlined in the Innovations Waiver and Medicaid standards
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
