North Carolina Licensed Structural Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Structural Project Engineer to join their team in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide project management services and serve as the single point of contact for projects
• Ensure milestone dates and deliverables are met while employing sound risk management principles
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide design guidance to achieve practical and economical building solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and/or managing structural steel building projects
• Familiarity with IBC, AISC, AISE 13, and MBMA codes and guidelines
• Experience with design software such as Revit, STAAD, RISA, RAM, SAP 2000, and AutoCAD
• Ability to obtain a Professional Engineer (PE) license within a year of employment
