Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Tax to lead global tax reporting, compliance, and strategic tax planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee tax returns, transfer pricing, and legal entity rationalisation projects
• Manage tax audits and support business transactions ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Shape the company's tax strategy to support ongoing business growth and transformation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in financial accounting or related field with specialisation in Tax; CPA or equivalent qualification
• At least 10 years of progressive experience, including three years in a management role
• Deep knowledge of international tax and experience managing tax matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven ability to coordinate and oversee external tax consultants and advisors
• Strong grounding in IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory GAAP, with expertise in transfer pricing
