Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager to lead client engagements and provide strategic tax planning and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services and recommendations on business tax planning and compliance
• Review tax returns and make recommendations regarding accuracy and tax savings
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on tax projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with a major in accounting
• Master's in Taxation or LLM in Taxation is a plus
• Strong technical skills in tax preparation, compliance, and research
• Experience in tax provisions is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines
