Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teacher Leader in Residence: ELA (contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality Professional Learning events coordinated through the organization
• Foster authentic dialogue by sharing personal curriculum experiences related to implementation challenges and successes
• Prepare and deliver Professional Learning plans effectively while utilizing relevant technologies

Required Qualifications

• Classroom experience implementing EL Education K-8 Language Arts curriculum
• Understanding of the education environment
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Google Apps for Education and web conferencing tools
• Ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with participants and teams
• Experience in fostering a positive remote team environment
