Job Summary

Seeking a North Carolina Licensed Telehealth Therapist, the part-time or full-time position offers the opportunity to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults remotely, focusing on client care while administrative tasks and client acquisition are managed by the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions for autistic and neurodivergent adults using evidence-based modalities
• Manage a caseload of clients, with flexible scheduling to accommodate personal needs
• Engage in professional development through peer consultations and specialized training

Required qualifications

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
