Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth initiative, the part-time remote North Carolina Licensed Teletriage Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care and acute psychiatry services, manage patient triage and consultations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while working 20 hours per week from 10 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide primary-care and acute psychiatry services according to site-specific protocols
  • Utilize clinical judgment to triage patient needs and deliver appropriate care and guidance
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with facility staff and document all interactions and treatment plans promptly
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current and valid North Carolina license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine is desired
  • Experience in assisted living facilities (ALF) or skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is preferred
  • All necessary certifications must be current and valid, with additional state licenses required within four weeks of hire
