Job Summary
To support women's reproductive mental health, the part-time North Carolina Licensed Therapist will provide evidence-based teletherapy, manage a caseload of approximately 20-21 patients per week, and participate in clinical consultations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for women navigating reproductive journeys
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans, collaborating with a supportive clinical team
- Participate in clinical consultations and contribute to company-wide initiatives aligned with personal interests
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or women's mental health
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
- Proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
- Commitment to a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
