Job Summary
Seeking a part-time North Carolina Licensed Therapist, the position focuses on providing compassionate, evidence-based teletherapy for women navigating their reproductive health journeys, with approximately 20-21 patient sessions per week and availability for at least 5 appointments after 4pm.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based care through teletherapy for women experiencing perinatal mood disorders
- Participate in clinical consultations and monthly team meetings while maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and contribute to company-wide initiatives aligned with personal interests
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in women's mental health or reproductive health
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
- Comfort with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
