Job Summary
Providing compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care, the part-time North Carolina Licensed Therapist will deliver virtual therapy to Medicaid-covered youth and families impacted by foster care, supporting clients through transitions and complex trauma.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual one-on-one therapy using evidence-informed, trauma-focused modalities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop collaborative, measurement-based care plans
- Collaborate with non-clinical Care Advocates to ensure clients access needed services and supports
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted independent license in North Carolina as an LCSW, LCMHC, or LPC
- Minimum of 5+ years of post-independent licensure experience preferred
- Direct experience working within child welfare and foster care systems
- Experience with telehealth platforms and Medicaid clinical documentation standards
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred; additional languages a plus
