Job Summary
To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Therapist will provide 100% remote outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity populations, while enjoying predictable compensation and minimal administrative burden.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma
- Manage a consistent caseload with defined goals and expectations, while exercising clinical autonomy in treatment decisions
- Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license
- Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA)
- Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired
- Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
