Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Commercial Title Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine chain of title primarily for commercial/industrial properties
• Perform title examination of complex title orders requiring high-level expertise
• Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership, legal restrictions, and verify legal descriptions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6+ years of directly related commercial title exam experience in NY & VA
• Multiple state licenses as required by state
• Knowledge of legal terms used in title documents
• Able to read and decipher legal descriptions relating to title orders
