North Carolina Licensed Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Triage Nurse - Remote Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assess patient needs while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
• Perform clinical assessments and provide medical advice following client-specific guidelines
• Document patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) system and escalate complex inquiries as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in emergency, telephonic triage, or critical care
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of North Carolina
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills via telephone
• Basic computer literacy and ability to type 50 WPM with accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
