Job Summary
Providing essential after-hours clinical support, the part-time North Carolina Licensed Triage RN Coach will assess patient symptoms remotely, determine appropriate care plans, and guide patients through healthcare decisions while working a rotating schedule of four shifts a week from 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Provide telephonic nurse triage by assessing symptoms and determining safe care plans
- Act as after-hours clinical support for over 600 provider offices, responding to patient needs
- Collaborate with Care Connections Specialists to facilitate patient care decisions and continuity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five years of clinical experience in hospital, home health, or ambulatory settings with a focus on acute and chronic care management
- Current unrestricted RN license for North Carolina
