Job Summary
To deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages, the part-time North Carolina Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner will conduct evaluations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans while working remotely for 20 hours per week, including evening and weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams for patients
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions across the lifespan
- Develop and document treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license with maintained Registered Nurse licensure
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Minimum 3+ years of post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Active multi-state licensure, with 5 or more licenses preferred
