Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor - Utilization Management Physical Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Utilization Management related to physical health authorizations and quality improvement activities
• Supervise and develop staff, ensuring compliance with policies and promoting a positive work environment
• Maintain inter-departmental collaboration to streamline service delivery and address community service needs

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school with 5 years of experience in Utilization Management or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 3 years of experience
• Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina license as a Registered Nurse
• Knowledge of Utilization Management principles and physical health conditions
• Experience in acute clinical utilization review and patient care management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of developing workflows
