Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote East Coast Mortgage Processor.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for brokers after loan submission
• Review loan applications for accuracy and completeness, and manage the loan process
• Maintain communication with brokers and ensure timely processing of loan documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel
• Knowledge of current regulatory compliance requirements
• Organized, analytical, and self-motivated
• Wholesale experience and Encompass systems knowledge preferred
