Job Summary
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner House Calls in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home health assessments on Medicare Advantage members
- Cover designated counties in North Carolina for patient assessments
- Work part-time or full-time based on individual availability
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active and unencumbered NP license and national certification
- All board certifications accepted except PMHNP or WMNP
- Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology is a plus
- Home health care or home visit experience is preferred
