Job Summary

To support a growing practice in addiction medicine, the full-time North Carolina Nurse Practitioner will work remotely to deliver medication for opioid use disorder, independently managing buprenorphine treatment within a structured team-supported model of care.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver medication for opioid use disorder in a fully remote outpatient setting
  • Independently initiate and oversee buprenorphine treatment for patients
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care aligned with harm reduction principles
Required qualifications
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina or eligible state
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
  • Strong patient-centered practice with the ability to work autonomously
  • Private workspace with a HIPAA-compliant setup
  • Interest in full-time work, with availability for 30-40 hours per week
