Job Summary
To support the financial operations of the Patient Revenue Management Organization, the remote North Carolina Patient Account Analyst will prepare cash reconciliations, analyze operational trends, and provide advanced reporting to management while supervising staff and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute cash reconciliations and financial reports for senior management
- Monitor budget expenditures and provide written reports identifying trends and recommendations
- Conduct advanced reporting and analysis of cash receipts and payment obligations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA is desirable
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable, financial management, or accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and intermediate skills in PC applications, Word, and Access
- Knowledge of EPIC Systems and Treasury Bank Sites is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical reporting and supervisory roles
