North Carolina Patient Account Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily registration and financial counseling activities, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Provide coaching and feedback to Financial Care Counselors and assist in planning work schedules
• Monitor revenue cycle reports for accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement in customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college education preferred
• 4-5 years of experience, including 2-3 years as a Financial Care Counselor or similar role
• Basic PC skills and minimum six months of data entry experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and telephone etiquette
• Entry-level supervisory skills, including coaching and performance evaluation
