Job Summary

Seeking a full-time North Carolina P&C Licensed Call Agent, the successful candidate will work remotely to assist existing customers with insurance policy changes, process service requests, and provide support regarding policy details while actively working to retain policyholders.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
  • Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
  • Assist customers with inquiries about coverages and policy benefits, aiming to retain policyholders at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications:
  • Must possess a North Carolina Property & Casualty license or be willing to obtain it within 60 days of starting
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
  • Flexible scheduling availability for a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek
